If you have an active subscription that you'd like to cancel or pause for a time, please follow the quick steps below to access your account features.
1. Head on over to Ecopurehome.com. Select the person icon, then enter your information and select 'Sign In'.
2. Once logged in, you'll be directed to your personal page. Scroll down and select 'Subscriptions'.
4. Click the arrow next to Active Subscription, and choose 'Cancel Subscription'. You also have the option here to skip the next purchase or pause the subscription.
