To track your order, please refer to the link in the confirmation email you received following your order. If you didn't receive an email, you may want to check your spam/junk folder.
Another way to view order tracking is within your EcoPureHome account:
1. Log in to to your account on EcoPureHome.com and then click on your account profile.
2. Select Orders on the left-hand side.
3. Then click View Order Details in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Scroll through and the tracking will be towards the bottom. Tracking updates will begin to show when the order ships. Updates may take a few days to show.
